DPC has a dedicated team of employees and subcontractors committed to delivering Quality Work in a Safe Environment, On Time and Exceeding Client Expectations.We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Dubbo who is keen to continue the growth of the business.Primary objectives of the position: Responsible for overall site management of the project reporting directly to the project manager to ensure the project runs efficiently and within the agreed project timeline.Implement and maintain the DPC site specific Project safety system and minimum requirements on the site.Attend and perform safety inspections at the workplace as required.Continually assess the project risks and ensure that appropriate controls are in place.Managing & acquiring communication on site regarding OHS matters & information.Liaison with the client and consultants in a professional manner.Requirements:Previous experience in similar role in management.Ability to perform day to day duties with a professional safety mindset.Listens, understands, and adapts to an audience and can communicate clearly and persuasively.Must have a current driver’s license.General Construction Industry White Card.Travel maybe required to oversee projects throughout the regions.
