The Regional Repairs Admin will be responsible for the purchasing of parts and the organisation of services for the maintenance and repair of Regional Quarries assets. This position will work closely with the Mechanical Supervisors and the mechanical trades team.Key responsibilities include: Purchasing parts and consumables for the service and repair of Regional Quarries assetsRaise work orders and purchase orders.Allocate parts and consumables to correct assets through correct coding of purchase order and approval processes.Allocate and enter time sheets to workorders. Approve invoices for paymentWork to tight schedules whilst maintaining the highest standardsAdopt and continue with lean practices to ensure quality and cost efficiency with all parts and consumables.Reduce waste through incorrect parts and implement a strict return for credit policy for unused items. Monitor and maintain stock levels for critical sparesParts pickup from local suppliers and arrange freight as needed for buy ins. Maintaining professional and clear communication with all company staff. Knowledge, experience and attributes required: Current drivers licenceExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency Experience with ERP or computerised maintenance systems, preferred but not essential Strong communication skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of individualsOutstanding work ethic and commitment to getting the job doneAbility to problem solve and engage their peers to achieve the best possible outcomes Able to work flexible hoursFull working rights within Australia The Regional Repairs Admin is a permanent, full-time position based at in Stanwell, Queensland. For more information about this role, please contact HR@maasgroup.com.au  AUD Stanwell 4702
