Plumbing Project Manager

O’Brien Plumbing Dubbo is currently looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join our team based in the Dubbo area for an immediate start. This opportunity will suit a Project Manager or a Supervisor with strong leadership skills looking for their next career move.

We are a locally owned and operated business that has licensed plumbers, gas fitters and roofers which specialise in domestic and commercial maintenance, as well as larger commercial projects.

What we are looking for:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
• In-depth understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement, cost control and budget management for plumbing projects.
• A track record of successfully managing and mentoring project teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
• Hold a current NSW Plumbing Licence
