Reporting to the Operations Manager Jacon Equipment & Comet Equipment, the Operations Coordinator will be primarily responsible for working with aftermarket support for technical needs for utility vehicle, concrete pumping equipment, concrete transportation equipment, stackers and water tanks for mobile equipment nationally sometimes internationally. You will liaise with the sales team, factory engineering supply chain and the customer of our products.Key responsibilities include:Provide consistent and high-quality customer service to our customers.Job order parts management - Internally and ExternallyAccurately creating/maintaining job orders for product and warrantyHandle customer enquiries, processing orders and administration duties as required.Identifying and resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively.Maintain the filing system for all job order correspondence.Growing relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Demonstrate a strong work ethic.Work as an active team member to complete team goals.You will be engaging with the product support team, contractors, on a regular basis.Knowledge and experience required:Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Previous work in progress managementPrevious part interpretation would be of an advantageSome workshop knowledge or exposure to mobile equipment would be of advantagesStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours when required.Great time management skills and ability to work autonomously.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software.Positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.Current drivers license.The position is based in Sydney however can be flexible for the correct candidate.
