We believe in recognition and rewarding performance and success.We have some great employment opportunities & are looking for a Talented Marketing Executive to join our high performing team.Location is flexible (Brisbane, Sydney or Newcastle)Role overview:Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving marketing outcomes for Maas three manufacturing brands VMS, Jacon and Comet Equipment.In this role, you will work closely with the General Managers and Sales/BD Managers to develop and execute a marketing strategy that builds brand awareness and promotes growth across our manufacturing portfolio both domestically and in strategic international markets. You will execute this strategy alongside the specialist Group marketing team and the business.In this role you would be expected to:Develop and execute a marketing strategy and schedule for the manufacturing brands.Build the profile of our Manufacturing brands and their capability, nurturing brand awareness with key audiences and in key markets utilising both digital and traditional communication channels, advertising, strategic sponsorships, direct marketing, trade events and industry partnerships.Develop and maintain all marketing materials.Develop a digital strategy for each brand and proactively manage the relevant social media platforms.Work in partnership with the sales team to promote products with targeted domestic and global sales campaigns and initiatives.Undertake ongoing quantitative and qualitative research into our key markets and competitors.Support product development, client relationship management and customer experience improvement initiatives.Support the sales team to manage and report on the impact of marketing initiatives and lead generation through the CRM.Act as a brand champion ensuring brand control and governance and supporting Maas Group marketing where required including championing the broader Maas brand family. Skills and capabilities: To be successful in this role you must be a delivery focused, self-starter who can work collaboratively as well as autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You must take initiative and strive for excellence in all that you do while applying a practical and solutions focused mindset to tasks.Experience in rapidly growing businesses and OEM’s would be of advantage but not necessary.The following skills and capabilities are required for this role:Minimum of 5 years Marketing Experience.Strong written English and verbal communication skills.Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Impeccable attention to detail.Analytical and creative thinking.Strong stakeholder and project management skills.Ability to work under pressure with multiple and competing priorities.Proven experience launching new products into news markets through effective marketing strategies would be viewed as favourable.
