Are you an experienced Contract Administrator seeking your next opportunity?
Primary objectives of the position:
- Provide administrative support to the estimating team
- Send out tenders for estimators (plans and specifications)
- Preparation and lodgment of tenders by closing date/time
- Scanning and filing of plans, specifications and all related correspondence into systems
- Creation and maintenance of files for subcontractors
- Assist in developing Project budget requirements
- Compile information and create project reporting requirements
- Ensure Project Budgets are being met & or bettered within Procurement Process
- Promote & encourage a positive HSE culture & implementation throughout
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in similar role
- Current Drivers Licence
- Proven organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly proficient & capable in the following IT systems
- Have a strong & comprehensive understanding of the Construction industry both in a Residential & Commercial capacity
