We support the installation, maintenance and protection of high voltage underground electricity cables and assets.About the role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Drainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pipe laying techniques and procedures and be able to work both independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Cutting, threading, and installing below-ground drainage systems and supporting systems.Ground preparation and trenching.Align and position pipes to prepare them for sealing.Working from plans and specifications and setting out.Locating and marking positions for pipeline connections.Installing below ground sewerage systems and supporting systems.Joining pipe sections and securing pipes. Qualifications:Certificate III in Civil Construction (Pipe Laying) or equivalent.At least 5 years experience in pipe laying.Strong understanding of pipe laying techniques and procedures.Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driver's licence Salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience.For further information please contact Lisa at hr@maasgroup.com.au  AUD Sydney 2000
