We believe in recognition and rewarding performance and success. Overview of the role: Directly reporting to the Business Development Manager, as the Batch Plant Manager you will be required to manage the company’s concrete batch plant, including management of batching process, deliveries and overseeing the batcher and transport to ensure quality and production requirements are met.Responsibilities: Oversee the batching and batching the concrete.Training drivers and site staff to appropriate Australian standardsProvide onsite management of batching process and deliveries by overseeing the batcher and transport to ensure quality and production requirements are met and deliveries occur as scheduled. Identify opportunities for concrete supplyFormalise quotes and tenders as agreed with the Business Development Manager and / or Chief Operating Officer (COO).Managing clients’ and customers expectations and developing relationships with key client contacts focusing on growth and opportunities.Quality assurance of quotes and plans prior to sending to clientsPreparing reports and maintaining accurate records including Monthly sales forecasting and project pipeline.Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance with safety practices.Knowledge, experience and attributes sought:Well-developed management skills such as planning, organizing and evaluationOperating knowledge of Heavy Plant & EquipmentSafety understandingPrevious management and supervisor experienceIntermediate to advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs and systems e.g.Share PointWell-organised and detailed oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be self-directed. Batch Plant Manager

Overview of the role:
