What You’ll Do

• Supervise and guide day-to-day transport operations.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Drive productivity improvements and optimize transport efficiency.
• Collaborate with Human Resources for recruitment and team development.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a Transport Supervisor or similar role.
• Values-driven approach and leading by example.
• Strong understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL).
• Superior written and verbal abilities.
• Adaptable, motivated, and resilient in a dynamic environment.
