Directly reporting to the Finance Business Partner, the Implementation Manager will work closely with the Retail segment of the Commercial Properties divisionThis role oversees implementation of a new ERP for the retail business (Odoo) along with associated processes that delivers continuous improvement, compliance and business synergies that underpin effective operations. Responsibilities:Gather and analyse critical information and data, eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional (technical) requirements Managing the "as is" and "to be" process Discover primary business objectives by analysing processes, technologies and systems Business process mapping: Provide clear, concise project plans and effectively manage them Liaise with external ERP implementation team and other professionals to ensure solutions are correctly implementedBuild, develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and identify areas of improvement by outlining problems, opportunities and solutionsDevelop clear and concise training/process documentsUtilise excellent communication skills to manage expectations, maximise output and present critical information such as recommendations Identify areas of improvement by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions which are to be reported back to stakeholders Coordination of suppliers and or resources on projects. This role oversees implementation of a new ERP for the retail business (Odoo) along with associated processes that delivers continuous improvement, compliance and business synergies that underpin effective operations.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyse critical information and data, eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional (technical) requirements 
  • Managing the "as is" and "to be" process 
  • Discover primary business objectives by analysing processes, technologies and systems 
  • Business process mapping: Provide clear, concise project plans and effectively manage them

Knowledge, experience and attributes sought:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a systems-based role
