Spray Seal Project Supervisor

Austek Spray Seal Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced Spray Seal Project Supervisor to join our team in Luscombe, Queensland. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our spray seal projects.

• Coordinate and supervise the work of spray seal crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Plan and order necessary Materials in a timely manner e.g. Binders and Aggregates
• Plan and order necessary services in a timely manner e.g. TC, Accommodation and Tankers
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Support Senior Management Team for planned works
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide on-site supervision and guidance to the spray seal teams
• Ensure all work is completed to required specifications, standards and within required time frames
• Liaise will sub-contractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Completion & submission of monthly reports
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our spray seal processes and procedures

 What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) as a Spray Seal Supervisor in the construction industry
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Thorough understanding of spray seal techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
• Relevant qualifications
• Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work alone
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Flexibility of travel
