About the Opportunity:
MAAS Construct is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in a full-time, fixed term 18 month contract. Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of major building projects, providing end-to-end contract administration support across procurement, subcontract management, cost control, variations, and claims.
You’ll work closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to manage commercial risk, maintain strong contractual compliance, and support the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who brings strong commercial acumen, a proactive approach, and the confidence to drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
About You:
Demonstrated experience managing procurement, subcontractor packages, progress claims, variations, and contract administration on construction projects.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to monitor budgets, forecast costs, and identify contractual risk and opportunities.
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related discipline.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
