About the Opportunity:

MAAS Construct is seeking a high - performing experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in a full-time role. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in building and delivering our finance processes, reporting and controls from ground up.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can operate independently, take ownership of outcomes and partner with operations to drive commercial decisions.

About You:

• 4-7 years' experience in account roles
• CA/ CPA qualification
• Construction or project-based accounting experiences preferred
• Strong understanding of: WIP/revenue recognition, job costing environment, cashflow forecasting
• Take ownership with minimal direction
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Strong Stakeholder engagement
  
• Ability to mentor junior team
