Residential Head of Sales & Marketing
Lead the growth of a high-performing residential business
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and customer experience across our growing Maas Residential business.
Reporting to the General Manager of Residential, you will be responsible for driving new home sales, leading a high-performing team, strengthening brand presence, and delivering sustainable growth across multiple markets.
Location - Dubbo, Newcastle or Sydney
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets
- Lead, mentor and develop the sales and marketing team
- Manage customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion performance
- Oversee digital marketing, advertising, branding and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners and suppliers
- Drive continuous improvement across sales processes and customer experience

- Proven leadership experience in residential construction, property, or a related industry
- Strong sales, marketing and business development capability
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
