Organize, manage, and receipt deliveries to and from site as required. Pre-Requisites of the Roles:Essentials:Prior experience in working in an administration / project-based environment.  Experience in the transport or infrastructure industry, particularly within rail projects or large-scale infrastructure initiatives. Assisting with tender coordination, including managing the tender scheduling and working to deadlines. Document management and formatting, effective record keeping and coordination of project reporting and claim submissions.Scheduling and organizing external and internal meetings, documenting, and taking meeting minutes.
