We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubbo who is keen to continue the growth of the business.
Primary objectives of the position:
- Responsible for overall site management of the project reporting directly to the project manager to ensure the project runs efficiently and within the agreed project timeline.
- Ensure strict adherence to IMS & HSE requirements are being met at all times.
- Take over & manage budgets from tender wins into financially secure & profitable projects.
- Ensure project budgets & letting timelines are being met & or bettered within procurement process.
- Have an approachable social conduct, able to build & maintain relationships with Clients, Subcontractors & Team members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role in management.
- Ability to perform day to day duties with a professional safety mindset.
- Listens, understands, and adapts to an audience and can communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Must have a current driver’s license.
- General Construction Industry White Card.
- Travel maybe required to oversee projects throughout the regions.
