Regional Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at our Mobile Project site at Boulder Creek Wind Farm, Rockhampton QLD, commencing mid November 2025. The primary focus of the role is the successful delivery (end to end) of the mobile concrete project and deliver the project safely, within budget, to a conforming quality and to the client’s satisfaction.With a focus on safety, project delivery, asset management, mobilization and demobilization of concrete plants, operational project budgeting, client liaison (including claims and contract management) and concrete product management and optimization. This role has overall leadership for the project and the manager is expected to foster a good team culture, demonstrate personal leadership and values that align with the expectations and values of Maas Group. Project Manager - Mobile Batch Plants

With a focus on safety, project delivery, asset management, mobilization and demobilization of concrete plants, operational project budgeting, client liaison (including claims and contract management) and concrete product management and optimization.

  • Knowledge & Experience with Quality Management Systems

  • Knowledge & Experience with Fixed & Mobile Concrete Plants

  • Experience in Concrete technical role

  • Knowledge & Experience as a supervisor in similar role and /or supervisory competencies

  • Ability to pass medicals and inductions as requested and required.

  • 2/2 Roster

  • Guaranteed minimum hours

  • Daily Project Allowance
