JLE Electrical is thriving and is seeking to expand within Dubbo and beyond; to do so we are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team.
  
 Role Summary:
 Reporting to the Business manager & Senior Engineer for the project you will be responsible for workflow between JLE stakeholders & clients by assisting Project Managers and Management in day to project requirements, working with office administration staff and ensure efficient and effective outcomes based around JLE processes.
 
Key Responsibility: 
 
  - Downloading Project Information from Tender packages 
 
  - Keeping Project drawings folders up to date and Project files
 
  - Drawing comparisons from IFT to IFC 
 
  - Drawing mark ups as required 
 
  - Keeping up to date document transmittal
 
  - Document control and Project QA
 
  - Following up project information requested by Project managers
 
  - Providing support to admin when required with project information & document control
 
  - Aiding project support and project managers in compiling required paperwork for project handover manuals
 
  - Providing support with project submissions to estimators, project managers & Managers when required
 
  - Providing support with project information to estimators, project managers & Managers when required
 
  - Being accountable for finalization of task by yourself or by admin
 
 
 
 
 
  To be successful in this role you will have: 
 
 
 
  - Electrical Engineering qualification
 
  - Experience in similar role
 
  - White Card
 
  - Driver's License 
 
  - Ability to used initiative & be self-motivated
 
  - Ability to work under pressure & adherence to planned deadlines
 
  - Capacity to work independently & also as a team member
 
  - Great organizational & computer skills 
 
 
 Desirable: 
 
  - Well-developed management skills such as planning, organizing and evaluation
 
  - Understanding and interpreting relevant Standards and Codes of practice.
 
  - Understanding & Training in WHSE Disciplines 
 
  - Solid communication skills
