Astley's Plumbing and Hardware are currently looking for a Plaster Deliver Driver to join our team. The Plaster Delivery Driver will support the sales teams by upholding quality service of delivering orders to customers and tradespeople, loading and restocking the warehouse and maintaining a tidy workplace in the yard.  Responsibilities  Load & unload of trucksRestocking in the warehouseDelivery service to trades people and customersMaintain a safe work environmentDealing with a diverse group of the public & trades people including residential, commercial, and industrialProvide excellent customer serviceFind solutions for customers where possible and escalate any issuesFollowing company policies & procedures  Knowledge, experience and attributes soughtAbility to negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objectionsSound understanding of the materials and building industryPrevious experience in similar roleAbility to build rapport with customersBe able to communicate delays in delivery of products and ordersCurrent drivers’ licenceForklift licence or willingness to obtain The Delivery Driver / Yardman role is a fulltime position, reporting to the Operations Manager based in Dubbo.For more information about this role please contact hr@massgroup.com.au  AUD Dubbo 2830
