Due to the success and continued growth of the business we are seeking enthusiastic people to join our team.
We have some great employment opportunities & are looking for Plant Operators to be a part of our dedicated team!
Areas of responsibility:
- Operate the plant in an efficient and safe manner
- Complete daily servicing of plant.
- Complete daily pre-start checks on plant.
- Participate in weekly toolbox talks.
- Communicate via radio with other operators to let them know of your site location.
- Coordinate with other operators to get the plant filled.
- Fill out equipment hire order docket daily.
- Develop an understanding of Maas Group WHS policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all required PPE is being worn at all times whilst on site.
- Follow all instructions from leading hand.
- Hazard identification through active participation in the risk assessment process.
- Participate in daily pre-start meetings
Knowledge, experience and attributes sought:
- Ability to carry out work as instructed by leading hand.
- Hold a current WHS white card (or equivalent)
- Good communication skills
- Current driving licence
- Enthusiastic team member
- Adaptability
- Use of initiative, pro-active and organized approach to work
- Teamwork
- Truck licence (preferred but not essential)
