Plant Operator

AMCOR Excavations is a civil earthworks company, primarily contracted to construct lease pads and access roads within the gas sector.

Amcor Excavations are currently seeking multiple experienced Plant Operators to join us for a major earthworks project located in Chinchilla and Wandoan, Queensland.

• 2 weeks on 2 weeks off roster
• On-site accommodation and meals provided
• Competitive rates on offer
• Regular opportunities for overtime

Key responsibilities:

• Mobile plant operation including Grader, Dozer.
• Carry out daily operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant
• Participate in daily toolbox talks
• Develop a thorough understanding of Amcor Excavation’s WHS policies and procedures
• Follow all instructions from the Site Supervisor.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous plant operating experience
• Relevant tickets including grader and dozer etc
• White card
• Good communication skills
• Use of initiative, proactive and organised approach to work
• Full working rights in Australia
