Multi-Skilled Machine Operator

PWE Quarry Services are currently seeking an experienced  Multi-skilled Machine Operator to join their dynamic, successful team based at project site in Deer Park, VIC. 

 

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Look after and operate designated machine as directed by PWE management. 
• Abiding by all site requirements and PWE documentation.
• Responsible for your own and fellow coworkers Safety, Quality and Environmental Performance. 
• Complete site-specific inductions.
• Sign on to all relevant SWMS and SOP’s.
• Complete documentation where required e.g. Take 5’s, Timesheets etc.
• Pre-start meeting attendance and consultation with the team every morning.
• Responsible for Continuous improvement. Monitor and analyse operational performance, implementing improvements as necessary. 
• Reporting of incidents, near misses and hazards immediately.
• Work inline to all client provided documentation and requirements.
• Punctuality with start, finish and break times
• Must be able to work in a cohesive team environment 

Required skills and experience:

• Dozer and Grader tickets 
• Driver's license and White Card
• Experience working in a quarry environment
• Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment (including Drug and Alcohol Testing)
