About the Opportunity:

The Lead Estimator is central to Maas Construct's preconstruction capability, responsible for producing accurate, competitive, and well-structured cost plans and tender submissions. Working closely with the Head of Pre-construction and the broader bid team, you will lead the estimating function from early cost planning through to contract award, ensuring that pricing methodology and risk are clearly documented and defensible.

 

About You:

•  8+ years estimating experience within the building construction industry
• Demonstrated capability pricing projects across a range of values and delivery typologies
• Strong knowledge of subcontract market pricing, trade packages, and procurement strategies
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering
• Proficiency in estimating software (CostX, Buildsoft, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel
