Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to understand their kitchen design preferences and functional requirements
• Provide expert advice on design options, materials, finishes, and layouts
• Utilize our state-of-the-art showroom to showcase design ideas
• Prepare quotes and cost estimates for customers
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new kitchen technologies

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in kitchen design and sales (2+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A customer-focused attitude and the ability to exceed client expectations
• Previous experience working in a similar retail or design environment is an advantage
