Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will contribute to concrete mix design, testing, quality assurance and technical support for internal teams and customers. This role is ideal for an early-career professional (1-2 years’ experience) ready to expand on graduate-level skills and take on more responsibility in a dynamic environment.Operational BackgroundThe technical team plays a central role in maintaining product quality, supporting sales with technical expertise, and driving mix optimisation and innovation. The Junior Engineer will work alongside experienced professionals in QA/QC, production, and R&D, gaining broad exposure across operational processes and concrete performance.
