Based in our Mudgee workshop, this full-time role is critical to the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our fleet—which includes trucks, floats, trailers, light vehicles, and earthmoving equipment.As our Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll deliver high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across a diverse fleet that supports major infrastructure and civil construction projects across New South Wales. What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and repair trucks, floats, light vehicles, and construction equipment. 
  • Collaborate with supervisors and suppliers to maintain fleet efficiency and availability.
  • Support roadworthy inspections and complete service documentation accurately
  • Undertake both workshop-based and site servicing (field service)
  • Promote WHS compliance and contribute to safety-focused pre-start/toolbox meetings.
  • Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 2 years’ post-trade experience as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
  • Background in civil, mining, transport, or agricultural environments is highly regarded
  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent 
  • Current Driver’s Licence - HR or HC
  • White Card
