You'll lead safety initiatives, develop and implement safety programs, and support our teams to maintain the highest safety standards.What You’ll Do:Travel regularly between Sydney, Dubbo, Orange, Newcastle supporting the business units in HSE requirements.Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and programs.Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.Lead incident investigations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain accurate safety documentation.Assist business units with WHSE reporting & corrective action reportsAssist with the Management of the internal audit process for major projects and the preparation and submission to the client as required under the contract.This is a hands-on, boots on the ground position working within the business units assisting general managers, project managers & project engineers in a fast-moving work environment.
