Front End Loader / Dump Truck Operator

Regional Group Australia is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across regional NSW & QLD. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Front-End Loader/Dump Truck Operator. 

Experienced in operation of loaders and dump trucks in a crushing and screening environment is essential.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Operate and maintain loaders and dump trucks
• Identifying and reporting repairs and maintenance items
• Optimising equipment without damaging it
• Embrace and adopt safety culture
• Work out of camps in semi remote sites
• Assist in routine maintenance
• Develop a thorough understanding of Maas Group WHS policies and procedures
• Follow all instructions from Quarry Supervisor.

Required skills and experience:

• Excellent communication skills
• RII’s for mobile crushing machines and associated equipment highly desirable.
• High drive and work ethic
• Well organised
• Good leadership qualities
• Willing to work extended hours where required
• Must be reliable, trustworthy and capable of working in a small team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site.
