Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead on-site design coordination, manage the engineering function, and ensure design information is translated into practical construction outcomes across major building projects.You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality, technical integrity, and program momentum by managing RFIs, shop drawings, inspection hold points, and design-related issues while working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.About You: 8+ years’ experience in engineering or technical management within the building construction industry.Demonstrated experience leading on-site design coordination across major building projectsStrong understanding of structural, civil, or building services documentation and approval processes.Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across project teams.Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing RFIs, technical documentation, and design issues on site.Why Join us:This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and well-backed business.
