- Sales Consultant Full time & Part-time roles
- Showroom Consultant Full Time
- Paint Consultant Full Time
While previous trade knowledge is advantageous; we ensure we provide plenty of on the job and product knowledge training.
You will be the face of the business dealing directly with trade customers, assisting with sales, stock replenishment, and developing a strong sales standard within the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide great service and advise customers on hardware products and services.
- Build relationships with customers and be able to identify their needs.
- Manage stock levels, minimise shrinkage and stock loss.
- Maintain correct stock tickets.
- Perform stock refill.
Requires skills and attributes:
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements
- Customer Service background
- Knowledge of trade products ideal, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
