About the Opportunity:
Maas Construct is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Tasmania for an 18-month fixed-term opportunity. Reporting to the Senior Contract Administrator, you will support the commercial delivery of construction projects through subcontract administration, variations, cost reporting and project coordination.
About You:
- Previous experience in contract administration within the building or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of subcontract administration, variations and commercial reporting.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and documentation skills.
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across project teams.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with sound commercial awareness.
