We’re seeking an experienced Construction Projects Manager to lead the delivery of residential land development and infrastructure projects safely, on time and on budget.Working closely with the Development Operations Manager and a high-performing team, this role will manage the tendering, contractor engagement, construction delivery and performance of multiple large-scale property development projects.You’ll play a key role in supporting our expansion strategy into new markets and be part of a team that values initiative, collaboration and long-term professional growth.Key Responsibilities: Deliver residential land development and civil construction projects from tender to completionManage contractors, budgets, schedules and project compliancePrepare and review project scopes, tender packages, budgets and delivery forecastsLead and motivate consultants, contractors and suppliers to achieve successful outcomesEnsure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations and contract requirementsConduct regular site inspections and provide accurate financial and progress reportingIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencyRepresent MAAS with integrity, professionalism and commitment to qualityAbout YouTertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or similar10+ years’ experience in civil construction or residential developmentProven record delivering large-scale subdivision and infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of civil construction contracts (AS2124 / AS4000)Skilled in interpreting civil drawings and managing complex project documentationConfident communicator and relationship builder with a proactive, hands-on approachAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholdersWillingness to travel across regional project locationsFor further information please contact hr@maasgroup.com.au AUD Dubbo 2830
