About the Opportunity:

The Construction Supervisor role is a critical position that oversees all aspects of residential construction of new homes. Directly reporting to the Construction & Warranty Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards, whilst maintaining strong WHS standards and practices. 

About You:

• Motivated, well organised, customer-focused and able to prioritise tasks.
•  Must be flexible, enjoy implementing new processes and look to add value to the business. 
• Strong ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner.
• A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management. 
• 5 years of experience within the Residential Project Home Industry is desired.
• A strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers to complete homes expediently.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel is an essential and regular requirement to meet and liaise with customers, suppliers and contractors.
• Ideal role for a builder or carpenter who would like to get off the tools - Trade Qualified Background.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, rules, regulations, quality standards, and the Standards and Tolerance Act. 
• Experienced use of industry-leading systems and programs, such as Framework, Buildpass, Office 365, or similar.
