Concrete Transport Allocator

This role focuses on coordinating the daily concrete delivery schedule, balancing customer service, cost efficiency, and logistics planning.

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day concrete delivery scheduling

  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement in delivery operations
  • Ensure compliance with fatigue management and safety policies

  • Escalate and report on delivery issues or disruptions

  • Maintain strong communication with drivers and site teams

  • Oversee and adjust schedules to meet customer demand and plant capacity

  • Work closely with plant and fleet staff to optimise logistics

  • Respond to jobsite changes and adjust schedules accordingly

  • Liaise with external customers to ensure accurate and timely dispatch

  • Taking orders

  • Allocating trucks for ensure smooth operations and maximise delivery efficiency for Cleary Bros and our customers

  Required skills and experience:

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Knowledge & Experience of WHS requirements 

  • Construction White card

  • Current driver’s license

  • Prior experience in scheduling, dispatch or logistics coordination

  • Concrete or construction industry experience (desirable)

  • Sound computer literacy skills and willingness to learn new systems

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
