This role focuses on coordinating the daily concrete delivery schedule, balancing customer service, cost efficiency, and logistics planning.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day concrete delivery scheduling
Allocating trucks for ensure smooth operations and maximise delivery efficiency for RGA and our customers
Taking orders
Commitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviors.
Provide feedback for continuous improvement in delivery operations
Ensure compliance with fatigue management and safety policies
Escalate and report on delivery issues or disruptions
Maintain strong communication with drivers and site teams
Oversee and adjust schedules to meet customer demand and plant capacity
Work closely with plant and fleet staff to optimise logistics
Respond to jobsite changes and adjust schedules accordingly
Liaise with external customers to ensure accurate and timely dispatch
Required skills and experience:
Current driver’s licence
Construction White card
Prior experience in scheduling, dispatch or logistics coordination
Concrete or construction industry experience (desirable)
Ability to pass medicals and inductions as requested and required
Ability to work in fast paced environment with shifting priorities
Knowledge & Experience of WHS requirements
Sound computer literacy skills and willingness to learn new systems
Problem solving skills and solution orientated leader
Excellent communication and organisation skills
