The role is based at Deer Park, VIC.Responsibilities: Training drivers and site staff to appropriate Australian standardsProvide onsite management of batching process and deliveries by overseeing the batcher and transport to ensure quality and production requirements are met and deliveries occur as scheduled. Identify opportunities for concrete supplyImplement and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance with safety practices.Knowledge, experience and attributes sought:Well-developed management skills such as planning, organizing and evaluationOperating knowledge of Heavy Plant & EquipmentExperience in working with HR on employee requirementsSafety understandingPrevious management and supervisor experiencePrevious batching experience preferredIntermediate to advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs and systems e.g. Share PointWell-organised and detailed oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be self-directed. Concrete Plant Manager

Overview of the role:
