Are you an experienced Commercial Estimator seeking your next opportunity?

Primary objectives of the position:

• To work with David Payne to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the work area for which you are responsible.
• Read and Interpret plans.
• Carry out tender send-outs.
• Produce material take offs.
• Liaise and depict subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Completion of tender schedules and supporting documents.
• Liaise with Supervisors and other departments on relevant job orders and cost issues.
• Communicate with suppliers in relation to material orders.

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial estimation.
• A good understanding of building practices and procedures.
• A desire to work in a tight knit team environment and support others.
• Be able to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Have strong numerical background.
• Driver's License 
• White Card
• Tertiary degree relevant to the position
