Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking an experienced and reliable Boilermaker to join their team at Keilor, VIC.The primary focus of Boilermaker is fabrication, installation, and maintenance of a wide variety of Maas Group Holdings (MGH) fixed and mobile plant equipment, to ensure maximum equipment uptime is achieved. The Boilermaker duties and responsibilities include providing effective and efficient preventative and breakdown maintenance including crusher, quarry equipment and heavy machinery maintenance. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure maximum equipment uptime is achieved by providing effective and efficient preventative and breakdown maintenance.Engage in making, fitting, or repairing machines, instruments, equipment, and appliances to ensure MGH equipment and machines are in optimum condition for their intended use.Ensure all work carried out meets MGH safety and housekeeping requirements and conforms to all relevant regulations.Demonstrate ability to identify faults using fault-finding techniques with the ability to troubleshoot and rectify problemsConduct root cause analysis on failures and ensure follow up actions are identified and scheduled.Carry out routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on Maas Group Holdings (MGH) equipment and machinery as required.Carry out general Boiler making duties including the of welding, cutting, grinding, heat treatment and stress reliving of steels.KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITIONCertificate III Boilermaker - Fabrication (Australian Nationally Accredited trade certificate) Minimum 3 years post trade Boilermaker experienceCurrent driver’s licenseWhite cardWorking at HeightsForklift Licence Company vehicle suppliedSafety conscious attitudeExcellent communication and organization skillsExcellent time management skillsTrouble shooting skillsAbility to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening as required About us:Regional Group Australia is a leading materials supplier to Australia’s construction industry.From major infrastructure projects to diverse renewable energy and residential developments, we deliver full-service solutions across eastern Australia.
