Regional Group are currently seeking an experienced
Batch Plant Supervisor to join our team at our Mobile Project site at Boulder Creek Wind Farm, Rockhampton QLD, commencing early December 2025.
The primary focus of the role will be to ensure the production requirements meet both manufacturing costs and customer expectations.
With a focus on safety, you will operate and maintain the concrete batching plants to produce concrete to approved mix designs and project specifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Commitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
- Ensure pre-starts are completed daily by all personnel and maintenance records are updated
- Maintain plant and equipment in a cost-effective manner to deliver high utilization
- Hands on maintenance to minimize breakdowns within own competency
- Stock control and ordering of all batch plant materials
- Support the Project Manager with scheduling maintenance for all P&E and trucks
- Driving agitator Trucks when required
- Driving Front End Loader when required
- Accurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix designs
- Allocating trucks for ensure smooth operations for Regional group and our customers
- Day to day administration of batch site
Essential requirements:
- Physically Fit
- Solution orientated leader
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Current HR driver’s license
- Construction White card
- Front end loader ticket
- Knowledge & Experience as a supervisor in similar role and /or supervisory competencies
- Previous Working Experience in Concrete technical role
- Knowledge & Experience with Estimating, Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge & Experience of WHS requirements
- Knowledge & Experience of Legislation requirements including and not limited to Environmental
- Ability to pass medicals and inductions as requested and required
- 2/1 Roster
- Guaranteed minimum hours
- Multiple Roles available
