  • Support daily operations, including workshop optimisation, strategic partnerships, insurance claim management, acquisitions, and
  • Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations
  • Fleet planning and performance monitoring
  • Volume planning and lifecycle management
  • Utilise problem solving and solution focused thinking to deliver successful outcomes for commercial opportunities
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Respectfully challenge team members with a mindset of best practice and continuous improvement
  • Perform day to day duties with a commercial mindset
  • Manage all assets and their respective maintenance, repairs and general upkeep
  • Coordinate with multiple job sites require site facilities and their deliveries

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 5+ years qualified experience with a demonstrated understanding of fleet or commercial assets
  • Strong drive, energy and passion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders across a business
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to achieving outcomes
  • Computer skills in Microsoft suite and general computer uses
  • May require travel and overnight stays
  • Manage Anything else that may arise
  • HR license
  • First Aid (preferred but not required)
