About the role
Maas are seeking an Asset Systems Administrator who will work closely with the Asset Team and various Business Units to ensure all purchase orders, work orders, stock and tracking information is up to date and accurate.
You will be required to actively build relationships, be enthusiastic and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
As the Asset Systems Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Asset Management Team
- Data entry of Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Timesheets, Receipting
- Laise with workshop managers to track & follow up outstanding work orders
- Providing consistent and high quality customer service for all stakeholders internal and external to the group
- General office administration support
Skills & experience required
To be successful in this role you must be able to take initiative and strive for excellence in all that you do whilst demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
The following skills and capabilities are required for this role -
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong work ethic including punctuality and reliability
- Proven organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Understanding of the Light & Heavy industry (Desired) not essential
