Articulate Dump Truck Driver

The further development of the business in transitioning from plant dry hire to operating units in the extractive and civil industries was a natural progression.

PWE Quarry Services are looking for an experienced Articulate Dump Truck Driver to join the team based in Tylden, Victoria. 

Duties include but not limited to:

• Operate the plant in an efficient and safe manner
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant.
• Participate in weekly toolbox talks.
• Communicate via radio with other operators.
• Coordinate with other operators to get the plant filled.
• Develop an understanding of Maas Group WHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all required PPE is being worn at all times whilst on site.
• Follow all instructions from leading hand.
• Hazard identification through active participation in the risk assessment
  process.
• Participate in daily pre-start meetings.

To be successful in this role you will need: 

• Ability to carry out work as instructed by leading hand.
• Hold a current Construction Induction white card (or
  equivalent)
• Articulated Dump Truck tickets
• Good communication skills
• Current driving licence
• Ability to complete Mandatory site induction
• Enthusiastic team member
• Adaptability
• Use of initiative, pro-active and organized approach to work
• Teamwork
• Reliable
