Are you an Administration Officer seeking your next opportunity?

Primary objectives of the position:

  • All aspects of general office management including basic facility  management & contributing to a successful culture 
  • Assist the commercial manager with job-related tasks
  • Prepare communications, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence. 
  • Management of IT, Asset & other assorted registers
  • Manage IT issues with support from internal & external IT providers
  • Ownership of employee timesheet submission process
  • Organising job accommodation and company social events
  • Onboarding of new staff
  • Document processing and data entry
  • Accounts payable (AP) assistance as required
