Primary objectives of the position:
- All aspects of general office management including basic facility management & contributing to a successful culture
- Assist the commercial manager with job-related tasks
- Prepare communications, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
- Management of IT, Asset & other assorted registers
- Manage IT issues with support from internal & external IT providers
- Ownership of employee timesheet submission process
- Organising job accommodation and company social events
- Onboarding of new staff
- Document processing and data entry
- Accounts payable (AP) assistance as required
