Administration Assistant AP/AR

Cleary Bros are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations based at Albion Park, NSW.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support across multiple functions, including bank reconciliations, accounts, purchasing, asset maintenance administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing competing priorities. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer credit applications
  • Conduct basic credit checks and gather required documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date customer credit files
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders regarding credit queries
  • Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts
  • Follow up overdue invoices via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with the preparation of credit notes
  • Provide general administrative support for MEX, including the review and processing of work orders.
